My Story

Hello, I'm Hector.

My journey into the travel industry began unexpectedly, thanks to my friend Ashley Miller, COO of aVenue Corporate Travel. What started as an opportunity to support the travel needs of clients planning events through aVenue Event Group eventually opened the door to something much bigger.

Through aVenue Corporate Travel, I was given the opportunity to develop Negroni Navigations as my own travel advisory business under the agency's umbrella.

Around the same time, I experienced firsthand what it was like to work with a travel advisor who didn't provide the level of attention, communication, and service I had hoped for. That experience helped shape my philosophy: every traveler deserves personalized care, genuine responsiveness, and thoughtful attention to detail.

What began as an unexpected opportunity gradually grew into something I genuinely love. Today, I find tremendous joy in helping others discover new destinations, experience the excitement of cruising, and create travel memories they'll treasure. I'm continually expanding my knowledge and working to become a better resource for my clients.
